This page explains how we ship, how returns work, and what to do if something shows up damaged.

Shipping

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

Shipping time depends on destination and carrier. Tracking is provided when available.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout once the store is live.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition/packaging.

If you need an exchange, contact us and we’ll confirm the fastest option based on inventory.

Items that show damage from use, chewing, or improper installation are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
